Product Description
SOLVENT BASED RESIN PLANT:
S.F. Engineering Works solvent based plant produces paints, coatings, stains, and surface treating products at a rate of about 1.1 million gal/yr. This paint manufacturing plants operation primarily involve blending and mixing of raw materials, product testing and packaging and cleaning of vessels and lines. Color separation of the product is done to befit customer specifications. The materials used in solvent based paints are generally solvent, resins, extenders and dispersed pigments. Other ingredients used in this base include plasticizers, tints, and thinners.
ACRYLIC RESIN PLANT:
Acrylic Emulsion in Paints
Different types of emulsions used in paints are pure and styrene acrylic emulsions. These emulsions are economical and are easily available. Emulsion based paints are free of solvents and are fast replacing solvent based paints due to its functionality and environmental friendly properties. Raw materials for the emulsion line include monomers, additives, activators, and catalysts in liquid or solid form. For stabilization, some monomers are pre-mixed with inhibitors.
MULTIPURPOSE RESIN PLANT:
Pilot Plant
Multipurpose Resin Plants are the pilot plants of SF Engineering Works. The structural design, configuration and material of construction of emulsion resin plants can be custom made to suit the distinct requirements of the clients. These resin machines are capable of producing both solvent and acrylic based resins.
Capacities of Multipurpose Resin Plant range from 10 to 100 Ltrs. / Batch.
Heat Exchangers
Thermic fluid heating systems upto 3 Million KCAL / Hr with all ancillary equipment and safety requirements are offered by S.F. Engineering Works. S.F. Engineering Works also provide steam generators, having capacity of 1000 Kgs / Hr.
Condenser
S.F. Engineering Works offers distinct choices in the condenser types, to befit customer`s requirements. These can be configured in the plant to befit specific requirement. The material of construction of these condensers can also vary in accordance to distinct need. S.F. Engineering Works offers following choices in our condensers:
Shell & Tube, U Bundle Type
Fixed or Floating Head Type
Double Pipe Coolers
M.O.C: Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, Monel, Nickel Aluminum
Filtering
Specially designed filtering units for micron size filtering are incorporated on S.F. Engineering Works resin machines. The resins and emulsions that are produced in S F Engineering Works Multipurpose Resin Plant comply with the industrial standards. The waste material generated during the production process is efficiently filtered and separated with the help of these filtration units.
