The Company manufactures Automatic Vacuum Type Volumetric Double Head Injectable Powder Filling & Rubber Stoppering Machine. The Automatic Vacuum Type Volumetric Double Head Injectable Powder Filling & Rubber Stoppering Machine, MODEL-FPF-240 has the following salient features:
All the contact Parts and the assemblies coming in contact with the Powder are made of SS 316. It can be easily removed for mandatory Autoclaving
The Unit can be easily places under Vertical Laminar Flow.
The depth of Port of the Powder Wheel can be easily set /Changed with the help of the different size of the pistons
Sensors and Solenoid valve system ensures no vial no fills.
Each port is numbered for accuracy inspection and for micro settings.
A simple jack assembly can easily change the Height of the Powder Wheel for different size of the vial.
The unit is entirely working on Ball Bearings and Sintered bushes for trouble free operations.
