National Motor Mfg. Co offers Vibrator Motor. National Motor Mfg. Co manufactures single phase and three phase special purpose motors. These vibration motors are used as flow assisting devices. They are also used for eliminating the bridging or material buildups in hoppers and silos. The Vibrator Motors are used to eliminate plugging of powder in spray drying plants, bag filters, storage silos and most other material storage and holding units. Any powder manufacturing industry can use these motors to discharge the materials and powder sticking to the internals of the hoppers and silos.
The electric vibration motors also known as unbalanced vibration motors, achieve their vibratory characteristics by use of masses on either ends which creates an imbalance, leading to the vibrations. The motor vibrators offered are made according to various international standards, such as csa, cesi, dip, ce, etc. These Vibrator Motors are available in various power ratings ranging from 22 w to 22000 w. Operating voltages ranges 24 v to 440 v. Special dc versions are also available. Flameproof construction and explosion-proof constructions are also available. Typical areas of application of Vibrator Motor includes coal handling plants, cement plants, diaries, food processing industries, pharmaceutical manufacturing, etc.
