Product Description
MIKRONS® Three Roll Mills are mainly used for dispersing, mixing, refining and homogenizing viscous pastes of all kinds, i.e., paints and printing inks, chocolate, artist`s colors, coloring crayons, eye makeup, lip stick and skin care products, fine soaps, pigmented coating compounds, plastic pastes, marzipan, shellac glazes, processed cheeses, etc. Grinding effect is achieved by three horizontal rollers squeezing each other with very high shear force.

MIKRONS® Triple Roll Mills are suitable for low to medium and high viscosity masses, Each of the rollers are equipped with an adjustable cooling system. Three roll operating positions can be selected for Pressing, dispersion and Mixing. An adjustment mechanism allows a defined roll gap to be set. This permits the processing of short, dilute and low-viscosity products.
