Product Description
RAPID PACK Powder filling line Model PFC-30 is developed for filling free flowing as well as non free flowing Powders into bottles/rigid containers/tins. The line consists of built in Turn Table, Bottle Conveyor, and Auger filler and indexing system.
The machine can handle a wide range of products and pack sizes. Packsizes from 10gms to 1000gms. can be handled by the machine with suitable change parts. The machine is provided with600mm dia built in turn table and bottle conveyor. Unique bottle lifting arrangement ensures spillage free filling avoiding dusting and ensuring hygienic operation.
The Auger filler is provided with Electromagnetic clutch or brake unit and electronic counter with photoelectric sensor. Positive pneumatic indexing mechanism and No Bottle- No fill arrangement are the standard features of the machine. Low Power consumption of total 1.33 H.P. make machine highly efficient.
The machine can give upto 30 discharges per minute depending upon product and packsize. Complete G.M.P.Model with S.S. 316 contact parts available. Twin head model and with Microdozers as filling machine for small quantity of powder available.
All parts coming in direct contact of the product are made from S.S.. 304. Packing machines for non-free flowing powders ,liquids and pastes, Fully automatic bottle filling lines and form fill and Seal machines are also manufactured by the company.
