Product Description
`RAPID PACK` Direct Roller Sealer is specially developed for sealing of Triple laminated bags for bulk drug formulations and other bulk packings. The machine is a G.M.P. MODEL for Pharmaceutical Industry. The Drum with filled bag inside is placed on the conveyor and the pouch mouth is guided into t he gripper rollers for getting a strong 20mm wide seal.
The machine is provided with variable speed drive for perfect synchronization of drum conveyor and sealing head. Belt Speed: 3 meters per minute. Pouch height: 400mm to 800mm. The machine is provided with Time proportional Temperature controller for controlling the sealing temperature.
The machine is provided with 2200mm long, twin track slat chain conveyor for carrying the durm, height adjustment mechanism is provided to accommodate different sizes of durms under the sealing head. The machine is provided with non metallic foot and castor wheels.
