Product Description
‘Diamond Dew’ make Open-discharge Safety Valves are used on receivers, pressure vessels, sterilizers, heaters, compressors, pipelines and thermal systems to protect them from damages caused due to rise in working pressure. This valve combines a top-guided design, to provide nobstructed
seat bore, with floating disc that aligns correctly under all working conditions. It is designed to deliver precise unobstructed discharge of over pressure and accurate reseating operations. Valves are available with nonmetal
and metal to metal seating surface with different materials of
construction suitable to the fluid media. The spring is enclosed within the body to reduce the atmospheric effect. This design covers the ranges of size 1/4 - 1, set pressure 15 psig - 3000 psig and temperature -30°C to 250°C.
The connection of valves are available as per BSP / NPT / Weld Ends, Flanges etc. Each valve is individually tested and stamped with the Set Pressure. |
