Ltd offers sensors, machine safety and wireless network products and productivity indicator lights. The Presence Plus- Color Vision Sensor was developed to solve applications, where color is used to discriminate between good and bad or to identify one part from a different one, using all the vision tools, I/O and compact cameras.
Main features of Presence Plus- Color Vision Sensor include:
Choose between the one-piece Presence PLUS P4 Color OMNI or the more compact Presence PLUS Pro COLOR sensor with a separate DIN-mountable controller
Inspects for the specific color taught to the sensor with the new Color Match tool; can inspect unlimited color variations visible in the camera’s field-of-view
Includes all the gray scale vision tools from the PresencePLUS: Locate, Geometric Find/Count, Pattern Find/Count, Edge, Object, Blob, Average Grayscale, and Measure; plus the new math tool [for P3 II COLOR only]
Direct connectivity to Ethernet/IP and Modbus/TCP industrial standard network protocols
PresencePLUS Active-X utilities for sending color images, data and inspections over the Ethernet
Features a 752 x 480 CMOS imager
Performs inspections up to 900 parts per minute [PPM]
PresencePLUS GUI, a single PC program configures all Banner vision sensors and features Quick TEACH for rapid sensor set-up [available in 9 languages]
Remote Teach re-configures without a PC
Communications Tools send data over the Ethernet or RS232 Serial outputs
