Product Description
Apple Rubber Industries offer imported and Indian grade silicone/viton gaskets that are manufactured from bio-pharmaceutical grade cured silicone. Tubing, hose and molded products are made up of high purity cured silicone. All silicone products are processed to "ARI 40", "ARI 50" , ARI "65" formulation specifications. The manufacturing, inspection & packaging services all are performed in a class 1000 clean room environment. All products can be monitored in all stages like from production, inspection, to final shipment. silicone offers advantages like Better stability through out the temperature range of - 100 degree f to 450 degree f, where product material properties are unaffected; ARI silicone are capable of multiple autoclaving ; silicone are resistance to adhesion of blood and tissue due to its it`s inner diameter`s exceptional smoothness of & physical properties; Silicone is resistant to weathering, moisture, radiation, ozone, compression set and other chemical agents. Other salient feature includes physio-chemical testing available for plastics; A compendium of ARI material tests & results in addition to USP 23 class VI test data on the finished products is available for validation tests on various ARI products. |
