Photoelectric Sensors are must components of modern automated production processes. ACII offers rugged housing to provide versatile REFLEX and THROUGH BEAM SENSORS .These sensors are designed for applications involving Non-contact detection for measuring, counting and positioning. ACII also offers FIBER OPTIC SENSOR for space saving application.
REFLEX TYPES: These are available in two types.
Diffused Beam REFLEX Sensor: Emitter and Receiver are in same housing. Emitter sends beam of pulsed infrared light. Only small portion of light diffused by object in all directions is sensed, which switches the sensor.
Retro reflective Reflex Sensor: With Emitter and Receiver in same housing, light reflected by tipple prism reflector or reflecting Tape opposite to sensor is sensed. Sensor switches when light beam is interrupted.
THROUGH BEAM TYPE: These switches offer sensing range up to 7M.Emitter and Receiver are in separate housing facing each other with their optical axes matched. Sensors switches whenever light beam is interrupted
Key Attributes
Available in NPN & PNP type.[In both the combinations NO/NC types are combined.]
Available with threaded brass barrels Ni-chrome plated. Block and Sloat type switches are available in ABS plastic enclosure
All the products are IP67 protected. Block & Slot types are with IP55 protection.
ACII switches are protected against:

# REVERSE POLARITY
# INDEFINITE OUTPUT SHORT- CIRCUIT. [wherever not applicable same is mentioned]
