Product Description
ACE Heat Tech manufactures and exports a wide range of Cartridge heaters. The product range includes Cartridge Immersion Heaters, Stainless Steel Armor Cable Lead Protection Heaters, Mighty Watt & Mighty Watt Plus Cartridge Heaters, High Temperature Fully Flexible & Flexible Leads Heater, and Mighty Watt Cartridge Heaters. These are offered in two watt densities low watt density and high watt density. The coil of the low watt density heaters are made up of Nickel Chrome wire and passed through circular ceramic bricks. In case of high watt density cartridge heaters the gap between ceramic bricks and the tube are packed up with pure Magnesium Oxide in order to increase the thermal conductivity, dielectric strength and working life. These heaters can be provided with termination as per the choice of the customers. They can also be provided with J type or K type in-built thermocouple |
