Accuflex Systems boast of a state-of-the-art manufacturing unit equipped with latest software and machines to design and fabricate the best to the clients. The factory has complete manufacturing capability which includes shearing machine, power presses, press brake, welding machines, paint booth and oven, etc. In the factory, chemical treatment and oil and grease removal is done on the steel sheets before painting. The chemical cleaning process includes de-greasing, de-rusting and phospating processes. The material is then painted with high gloss synthetic enamel paint. Finally, all the material is oven baked at 1200degree C to ensure good life and proper finish of the material.
